200 Books and Counting! A huge congratulations to our amazing young readers who have achieved the incredible milestone of reading 200 books this year! To celebrate their dedication, perseverance and love of reading, each child was invited to choose a brand-new book of their own from our local bookshop. Reading opens the door to new worlds, sparks imagination and helps children grow in confidence and knowledge. What an absolutely brilliant day Year 5 & 6 have had on their residential! Our adventurers have been non-stop since morning, showing off some serious skills and fantastic teamwork. Here is a quick look at what they've been up to today: Archery: We definitely have some future Robin Hoods in the making! Everyone gave it their all and cheered each other on. Scenic Walk: We took a lovely walk to explore the beautiful surroundings and get some fresh air. Teamwork Games: From problem-solving challenges to hilarious group games, it was amazing to see Year 5 & 6 working together and supporting one another. BBQ Tonight! We wrapped up an incredible day by filling up on a delicious BBQ dinner. Everyone is happy, well-fed, and definitely ready for a good night's sleep before tomorrow's adventures!
