February Questionnaire 2024

Dear Parents and Carers,

During the spring term many of you kindly completed the DSAT parental questionnaire. We really do appreciate the time you took to give us your thoughts on the school. The results were overwhelmingly positive, and I appreciate your candour.

Our main three strengths were seen as the following:

• You feel it is extremely easy to understand any reports that are sent to you
• You feel very well informed regarding your child’s attendance
• You also appreciate the language used by the school in any type of communication.

Our three biggest areas for development are the following:

• 32% are still not clear on the role of the Trust with regards to our school.
• 32% of you still feel it is not easy to discuss your child’s progress
• 36% of you feel that school events are not useful.

We will be working on these three areas as well as some others over the coming year.

We do appreciate all the comments we receive, both good and bad and do try to act upon them – whether we receive them as part of questionnaires, in emails or even informally at the gate. They all help in our unwavering desire to create an amazing school for our children.
