  • Update from Mrs Barnett - 1st June 2020

    Wed 03 Jun 2020
    Dear Parents/Carers,

I sincerely hope that you are all well and that you have managed to enjoy some of this glorious sunshine this week!

I wanted to write to you to reiterate that as a school, we remain dedicated to providing  an effective home learning provision for those children who are continuing to access their education from home. The website will continue to be updated weekly and teachers will still be responding to email enquires. Some members of staff will be working in school and some will be working remotely, focusing on home learning provision.
The `Well Done` PowerPoint will continue each week, with work being shared from both school and home learning.

Now that more staff will be accessing the school building, we are tweaking the roles and responsibilities slightly, to match individual workloads:

Mr Griffiths will be solely focusing on home learning for Kestrel Class as well as teaching the Year 6 children who are accessing school.

Mrs Griffiths will be focusing on the home learning provision for Swift Class.

As the planning and preparation for the reopening of the school building is now complete and I am able to carry out my safeguarding role onsite, I hope to be able to help with answering any queries for Swift Class, in conjunction with Mrs Griffiths. Therefore, please do not hesitate to email me if you have any questions.

If you would like to contact us about anything at all, you can telephone the school between the hours of 8.30am and 3.30pm or alternatively, you can email me or the Office.

Thank you, as always, for your continued support.

    With very best wishes

    Carys
