Important Information during half term
Fri 28 May 2021Dear Parents,
Important Information
Schools and Headteachers are responsible for contact tracing over the half term period. All schools are required to have procedures in place to deal with any confirmed positive COVID cases over this period. Essentially, you must report all positive cases of COVID to school during the half term break.
Please do this by email to the following address office@beaminsterstmary.dsat.gov.uk and title your message CONFIRMED COVID CASE. The emails will be checked daily and in the event of a positive case, those families affected will be notified by Arbor that day.We would like to take this opportunity to thank all parents and carers for continuing to do all you can to support the school and social distancing measures, to ensure that we are all safe.
During the half term holiday, the staff email addresses will not be regularly checked, to provide staff with an opportunity to rest and recuperate. Therefore, if you have any safeguarding concerns, please contact the following:
Children’s Advice and Duty Service on: 01305 228 866 or call 999 if you feel a child is in immediate danger.
Thank you as always, for your support and kindness, I hope you all have a wonderful half term.
With my very best wishes
Carys
